MANATEES VS COUNCIL 2009

Tidying my room today I came across this letter received from the local council to our practice vecinity in October 2009. This time it was a manatees practice and despite our rehearsal rooms situated in a reasonably desolate area with no real housing around, the complaint had come from a resident some distance away.
We since use lower wattage amps during jams.
